Group Bookings
For group bookings, please contact the conference organiser before starting your registration at ibpc2027@confer.co.nz. If you’re registering 5 or more attendees, you will receive 10% off your registration fees.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to ibpc2027@confer.co.nz. Cancellations received on or before 18 December 2026 will be charged an administration fee of $100. No refund will be given for registration cancellations received after 18 December 2026 (including “no shows” at the conference). Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended and your responsibility to have insurance to cover medical, travel, and registration expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
